Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Mikaa5, every piece we create is handcrafted with care, passion, and attention to detail. Our products are made-to-order, and each item is unique, reflecting the artisanal quality and craftsmanship we take pride in.

1. General Policy

  • Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, full refunds are not available once production begins.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur and are a natural part of the handcrafted process.

2. Order Cancellation

2.1 Before Production Starts

  • Orders can be canceled before production begins (within 1–3 days of order confirmation).
  • A cancellation or processing fee may apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • For international orders, any currency conversion or bank charges ,we will not be the responsibility of the customer.

2.2 After Production Has Begun

  • Once production begins, partial work is already completed. Refunds will be handled as follows:
    • Early stage (up to 25% of work completed): 50% of the total amount will be retained; the balance will be refunded.
    • Mid-stage (up to 50% of work completed): 75% of the total amount will be retained; the balance will be refunded.
    • Beyond 50% completion: No refund can be provided.

Our team is available to discuss concerns or clarify details during the production process. While full refunds are not possible, we are committed to working with you to ensure a satisfactory outcome wherever feasible.

3. Exchanges & Alterations

  • Minor changes or adjustments can be accommodated before production begins.
  • Once production has started and the design is finalized, exchanges or alterations are not possible.
  • If a new version is desired, a new order will be placed.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before confirmation.
  • Pickup from our factory or gallery is available as an alternative to shipping.
  • Any concerns regarding shipping or transit damages must be addressed directly with the courier, as Mikaa5 cannot provide insurance or cover transit issues.
