• Once your order is placed and payment is received in full (including delivery and insurance, if applicable), our customer care team will contact you via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm product specifications and clarify any details.
• Orders are considered processed once this confirmation is complete.
• Customers may also opt to pick up products directly from our factory or art gallery, coordinated with our customer care team.

2. Production & Delivery Timeline

• All Mikaa5 products are custom-made and require careful craftsmanship.
• Minimum production time: Approximately a months or more, Production time may vary depending on –
  • Product size and dimensions
  • Medium and materials used
  • Color, texture, and finishing requirements
  • Complexity of the design or project, from order confirmation.
• Customers will receive regular updates on the production status throughout this period.

3. Shipping

• Once the product is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the customer.
• Domestic (within India): Shipping time depends on location and the chosen courier.
• International: Delivery timelines will vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier services.
• Customers will receive a shipment confirmation along with tracking details once the product is dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Mikaa5 is not responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to international shipments.
• Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages

●       Mikaa5 is not liable for damage or loss during shipping.

●       If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

●       Keep all packaging and damaged goods until the carrier completes the claim process.
